We are looking for a dynamic Account Sales Manager to help manage, lead and direct the Account and Recruiting Teams to increase sales and profitability. Sales Manager to report to the Managing Director and Owners.

Job Description
- CAN-DO ATTITUDE
- Manage and direct Account and Recruiting Teams to achieve sales and profit goals.
- Designs and recommends sales programs and sets short- and long-term sales strategies.
- Evaluates and implements appropriate new sales techniques to increase company sales volume.
- Recommend staffing service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.
- Ensures Account Team is performing to achieve goals.
- Acts as advisor to sales team regarding projects, tasks, and operations.
- Implementation of sales management concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Train Account Team and keep on track with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Use extensive sales experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Help improve recruitment process and results of teams.
- Manage day to day successes and concerns with Account Team.
- Accountable for Teams and sales revenue.
Requirements
- 10+ years’ experience in a sales management function preferred in educational and/or recruiting environment
- Knowledge of Special Education and healthcare is a plus
- Detailed oriented and comprehension and usage of sales reports
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
- Influential and strong leader
- Ability to multitask and comprehension of urgency
- TEAM Player / self-motivated / strong work ethic
- Excellent organization, time management and problem solving skills
- Fully proficient in Microsoft software
- Minimum of a Bachelors degree
