Candidates with successful telephone sales experience is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Recruiting therapists via phone and e-mail
- Database management and searching out valuable internet resources
- Work within a small team environment and provide clever input and ideas for growth
- Locate the right talent for new positions
- Assist with position marketing
- Assist in breaking in new markets
Candidate must possess:
- “Go Getter” attitude – Don’t have it, do not apply.
- Telemarketing experience – required to make 75+ calls per day
- Bachelor’s degree
- Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, ACCESS and Excel)
- STRONG oral and written communication skills
- Detailed oriented
- Ability to establish priorities, work independently and proceed with objectives without supervision
- A criminal background clearance, intelligent and personality test will be required
