Job Description

• Manage and direct Account and Recruiting Teams to achieve sales and profit goals.
• Designs and recommends sales programs and sets short - and long-term sales strategies.
• Evaluates and implements appropriate new sales techniques to increase company sales volume.
• Recommend staffing service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.
• Ensures Account Team is performing to achieve goals.
• Acts as advisor to the team regarding projects, tasks, and operations.
• Implementation of management concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Train Account Team and keep on track with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Use extensive sales experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Help improve recruitment process and results of teams.
• Manage day to day successes and concerns with Account Team.
• Accountable for Teams and sales revenue.

Requirements:

• 7+ years' experience in a management function preferred in educational / recruiting / telesales environment
• Knowledge of Special Education and healthcare is a plus
• Detailed oriented and comprehension and usage of sales reports
• A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
• Influential and strong leader
• Ability to multitask and comprehension of urgency
• TEAM Player / self-motivated / strong work ethic
• Excellent organization, time management and problem solving skills
• Fully proficient in Microsoft software
• Minimum of a Bachelors degree
